1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Shakil's Homes Apartment Management System ("System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the System.

2. User Roles and Responsibilities

Admin: Responsible for overall system management, user approvals, and data integrity.
Owner: Responsible for providing accurate property information and maintaining properties.
Tenant: Responsible for timely rent payment and proper use of the property.
Security: Responsible for accurate visitor logging and building security.

3. Payment Terms

All rent and utility payments are due by the date specified on the invoice. Late payments may attract penalties as set by the property owner and admin. The system supports bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, and Cash payments. All digital payment proofs must be submitted through the system for verification.

4. Privacy and Data

Personal information collected (including NID details) is used solely for property management purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. NID information is encrypted and stored securely.

5. Complaint & Maintenance

Tenants may submit complaints and maintenance requests through the system. Admin will endeavor to respond within 48 hours for normal complaints and immediately for emergencies.

6. Visitor Management

All visitors to the premises must be logged by the security guard. Tenants are responsible for their guests' behavior.

7. Termination

Admin reserves the right to deactivate any user account that violates these terms or misuses the system.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
